Second Lesson

As of today(23 August 2016) I had my second lesson in Computer Science and you might be wandering why didn’t you start on “First Lesson” It’s because i had just started making this web page yesterday and if I titled this First Lesson then I would be lying so that probably has answered your answer. We were learning about converting binary into denary today or the other way round, I don’t have my book with me right now. But it was a fun lesson and involves mental mathematics which is better in my opinion than writing and solving equations. But it was a fun lesson!  Nevertheless this is still the first week of school and this topic(binary systems and hexadecimal) is not that hard.

Binary to denary

Binary to denary. Answer is 51. 1 means on, 0 means off. adding all the 1’s together from where they are underneath the “leader numbers””

Denary to Binary

Denary to Binary. dividing these numbers on the left by 2 and if they have a remainder it goes to the binary numbers. 1 remainder or 0 which is nothing.
